Signette™ is the internal signal that helps a woman recognise what is genuinely hers.
My work is about learning to hear that signal, distinguish it from the noise around us, and use it to shape a life that feels unmistakably our own.

Hello, I'm Sammy.
I'm a writer, mother, property investor and the creator of Signette™.
I've always been interested in the details of how women create their lives — the choices they make, the homes they create, the relationships they keep, the clothes they wear, the work they do, the rhythms they live by, and the things they quietly wish were different.
Because underneath all of those choices is a more interesting question:
Is this genuinely mine?
How much of the life we're living comes from what we actually want — and how much has been inherited, expected, absorbed or simply become habit?
Signette™ grew from my own fascination with that question.
It is now the body of work I am building around it.
The signal that helps you recognise what is genuinely yours.
Life gets noisy.
There are expectations.
Roles.
Responsibilities.
Opinions.
Comparison.
Family history.
Culture.
Algorithms telling us what to buy, want and become.
And somewhere beneath all of that, there is still you.
Signette helps you become more familiar with your own knowing so you can discern:
What is mine?
What isn't?
What has changed?
What do I want now?
From there, the work becomes beautifully practical.
You might decide to:
Retain what still belongs.
Refine what needs to change.
Release what no longer fits.
Create what you know you want to make room for.
This is Identity Refinement.
And when what you know begins to influence how you spend your time, shape your relationships, choose your surroundings, dress, work, parent, rest and live, that discernment becomes life curation.
The signal is the source.
Refinement is the discernment.
Curation is the expression.
